Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.
"Hey, What's Up?" is a unique non-clinical in-person and online fellowship and support group designed to provide a welcoming environment where disc golfers can connect beyond competition to foster conversations, support, and camaraderie.
This program sets to provide a constant presence and a source of support for the disc golf community at any event that "Trees Aren't Real" participates in. Whether it's a small local gathering or a larger tournament, our program is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for disc golfers to connect, share experiences, and engage in wellness activities. Regardless of the event's scale, "Hey, What's Up?" stands ready to be a reliable and comforting presence for all participants associated with "Trees Aren't Real."
To expand accessibility, we will host a monthly (to start) drop-in online support group via Zoom, open to all. Participants are welcome to stay as long as they feel comfortable. Additionally, an established Discord server is available for those who prefer a more anonymous setting to share thoughts, ideas, and feelings.
Please note that discussions may include topics that some participants may find triggering. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any topic being discussed, we encourage you to step away. If needed, please reach out to a mental health professional for further support.
